Halloween is one of my favorite opportunities to let creativity take center stage, and this year, I had so much fun sharing a special Halloween card-making demonstration with all of you through Aloha Designs 4 U!

For my Halloween card-making demonstration, I wanted to show how fun and rewarding it can be to create handmade cards for the spooky season.

What Is Hot Foiling?

Hot foiling is a crafting technique that transfers foil onto cardstock using heat, pressure, and a special foil plate or hot foil system.

Unlike traditional stamping with ink, hot foiling creates a smooth, shiny finish that can look almost embossed. Depending on the foil you choose, you can create elegant gold and silver accents, colorful effects, holographic details, and many other finishes.

What Do You Need?
